On Point Precision is a CNC machine shop located in Northern California, specializing in taking prototype parts into production. From reverse engineering a broken part to working from GD&T drawings, we tailor every job to each customer's specifications and expectations. CNC MILLING
40” × 24” × 20" maximum work envelope.
Although depending on the part we can mill much larger partsShop Tolerance of +/- .004

Materials including but not limited to Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminum, Titanium, Plastics ( HDPE, Delrin, Peek )
Vertical Machining Centers:
- Bridgeport Conquest V1000, 3 axis mill with 15k RPM spindle Mitsubishi M80 control
- Bridgeport Conquest V1000 4 axis mill with 15k RPM spindle and Mitsubishi M70 control.
- Kitamura 2XI Spark Changer 3 axis with 2 station pallet changer, 10k rpm spindle
- Leadwell V30 3 axis with 8k rpm spindle
CNC TURNING
Work envelope: 15.75" Diameter x 25" length, with a 3" through bore. Although depending on part we can turn larger lengths and diameters up to 22”
Tolerances up to +/- .0002
Wide range of materials from super alloys to plastics
Turning Centers:
- Daewoo Puma 250B 2 axis with 3” through bore.
- Daewoo Puma 4-3A Chucker lathe 3 axis live tooling.

All parts go through first article inspection and are followed up with interval inspection based on tolerances.
Critical tolerances are inspected on every part.
Inspection documents and Certificate of Conformance documents are available upon request.
