On Point Precision is a small machine shop located in Northern California. Providing general CNC milling and turning, while specializing in taking prototype parts into production. We work with anything from a broken part that needs reverse engineering to technical GD&T drawings. Tailoring each job and customer to their individual needs and expectations. CNC MILLING
30 x 16 x 16" maximum work envelope.
Although depending on the part we can mill much larger partsShop Tolerance of +/- .004
Precision up to +/-.0002 on specific features.
Materials including but not limited to Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminum, Titanium, Plastics ( HDPE, Delrin, Peek, ect)
Vertical Machining Centers:
- Kitamura 2XI Spark Changer Japanese machine with 2 station pallet changer.
- Leadwell V30
CNC TURNING
Work envelope: 15.75" Diameter x 25" length, with a 3" through bore. Although depending on part we can turn larger lengths and diameters up to 22”
Tolerances up to +/- .0002
Wide range of materials from plastic to super alloys.
Turning Centers:
- Daewoo Puma 250B
- Daewoo Puma 4-3A Chucker lathe with live tooling.
PROTOTYPING &
MANUFACTURING
Taking your projects from prototype to production, we work with you to help get your projects out of the design space and into your hands. Collaborative sessions and in house 3d printing helps dial in design iterations without long lead times.
Scaled pricing from 1-1000 units and scaled production pricing on production intervals to help spread up front design and machine setup costs across your product lifespan. Inspection capabilities up to +/- .0002
All parts go through first article inspection and are followed up with interval inspection based on tolerances.
Critical tolerances are inspected on every part.
Inspection documents and Certificate of Conformance documents are available upon request.
Quality in guaranteed to comply with manufacturing drawings and/or function requirements.
